Beply is a design concept. This page is a placeholder — no real legal terms have been drafted, and nothing here creates an agreement. Real copy needs a lawyer, and the blueprint flags SMS consent, CCPA disclosures, accessibility and sales-tax handling as the items that bite hardest if they are deferred.
What a real version of this page would need to cover: who the merchant of record is on each transaction, the refund and chargeback policy, how commission is treated on a refunded order, SMS marketing consent captured with its exact wording and timestamp, allergen declarations being the restaurant’s responsibility, and how disputes are handled.
